We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and vision-aligned Program Manager Tech Education to join our Founding Team in Hyderabad.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a transformative initiative at the intersection of Future of Work Readiness, Government Collaboration, and High-Quality Tech Education.
As the Tech Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind this vision, responsible for the successful execution of our core program for the next academic year. You will actively lead and manage the end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality is upheld while directly overseeing programs within 15–20 Government Degree Colleges, enabling high-quality employment outcomes for 500+ learners.
Success in this role requires close collaboration with a diverse set of stakeholders, including our team of dedicated facilitators, key government partnership contacts, and vital industry partners.
We are searching for aspirational, mission-driven Tech Educators and Program Leaders with 3–4 years of proven program experience to join us. Our mission begins in Hyderabad, but our ambition is to redefine the landscape of tech education across the entire state of Telangana.

Facilitation & Classroom Delivery: Conduct online classes (4-5/week) and guide Jr. Facilitators with key insights.
Jr. Facilitator Training & Management: Train, mentor, and provide structured feedback to Jr. Facilitators on technical content and pedagogy.
In-Person Monitoring: Visit colleges to observe sessions, track outcomes, and recommend corrective action.
Learning Outcomes & Data Systems: Maintain data systems and use insights to propose program interventions and improvements.
POC & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage internal POCs (for support/escalations) and maintain strong relations with Government POCs.
Volunteer Management: Engage, coordinate, and provide guidance to volunteers for quality contributions.
Technical & Pedagogical Pivots: Modify curriculum (technical lens) and redesign teaching methods (pedagogical lens) based on data and feedback.
Curriculum Re-Design: Collaborate on refining modules, updating documents, and testing new components before scaling.
Internship & Employment Support: Support students’ job readiness via upskilling/mentoring and track their progress in application cycles.
Workplace Communication Training: Design and deliver high-impact modules on professional English, email etiquette, and corporate storytelling, specifically tailored to help first-generation graduates navigate corporate nuances.
Visits, Events & Representation: Host external visitors during college visits and represent the organization at events/seminars.
Deep understanding of frontend frameworks and libraries like React and Angular
Deep understanding of backend frameworks and libraries like NodeJS, Python(FAST APIs)
Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Rich pedagogy experience in class planning, teacher training, and class quality monitoring
High-level proficiency and fluency in spoken English.
AI-based Async Tech learning and doubt-solving LMS, which will become the gateway for Future of Work readiness for all underserved tech graduates.
